Meet the AOA Management Team. Our Team is led by Olivia Albright, owner of AOA Products LLC. Olivia leads a diverse management team committed to creating a great work environment for their employees. For this reason AOA employees love the workplace and work hard to provide the best quality services for our valued clientele.

As the founder, owner, and operator of AOA since its establishment in 2003, Olivia has
consistently demonstrated a proactive and hands-on leadership style. Beginning her journey as the sole employee in her garage and evolving to oversee operations in a 60,000 sq. ft. facility, she has been integrally involved in all dimensions of the business, from daily operations to
strategic planning.
As a proud Hispanic woman, Olivia exemplifies leadership through active engagement in both the boardroom and the shop floor. She has made it a priority to foster diversity and inclusion by actively recruiting and mentoring individuals from various backgrounds, thereby cultivating a team that reflects a rich diversity of perspectives and talents.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Olivia has been married for over 30 years and is the mother of two adult children, as well as a devoted grandmother to two grandsons and one granddaughter.

Josh Albright

For the serious traveller, Traveller Magazine is a mine of information, keeping you up-to-date with the latest trends in travel and tourism.

Josh returned from Arizona after attending Arizona State University and joined AOA in 2012. He quickly mastered all facets of company operations, advancing to the role of Operations Manager. In this capacity, Josh oversees employee management, work submissions, quoting, process controls, and AOA Portal operations, among other critical responsibilities. He also maintains and manages the company’s certifications, including FDA, ISO, HACCP, SQF, ANSI, and Organic, serving as AOA’s SQF Practitioner.
Under his guidance, Josh has built a cohesive and skilled team that rigorously ensures all production lines for food, supplements, and cosmetics meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Fulfillment Manager

Pauline Craycraft

For the serious traveller, Traveller Magazine is a mine of information, keeping you up-to-date with the latest trends in travel and tourism.

Pauline joined the AOA team in 2017, demonstrating remarkable dedication and a strong work ethic, she quickly acquired knowledge from her predecessors and has since advanced to the position of Fulfillment Team Leader. In this role, she effectively oversees the daily operations of AOA’s fulfillment department, including managing customer fulfillment needs, supervising AOA Portal operations, coordinating shipping logistics, and handling client returns.

Tankeeya Johnson

Tankeeya has been an integral member of Team AOA since 2011, currently serving as the Clean Room Leader in the Production department. A distinguished veteran, she possesses extensive knowledge of our operational processes and has played a pivotal role in transforming all filling operations from manual methods to automated systems.
In her current role, Tankeeya oversees the daily operations of the production filling lines and manages all associated filling departments, including quality control. Her leadership and expertise have been essential in enhancing both efficiency and productivity across our operations.
