USDA Certified Organic: Items must have an ingredients list and the contents should be 95 percent or more certified organic

HACCP: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety related risk and, when central to an active food safety program, can provide your customers, the public, and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed.

SQF (Safe Quality Food) SQF Definition: SQF is a Food Safety Management Certification Scheme, created and managed by SQF Institute, used to control food safety risks. Once your food safety management system is implemented it is audited and certified by a third-party certification body.

GFSI stands for The Global Food Safety Initiative:  It is a business-driven initiative for the development of food safety management systems to ensure food facilities are processing safe food for consumers.
